Refund policy
We do not typically allow returns or refunds but will be case by case.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at david@dwood.net. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 202 Clyde, NC 28721 (but only after approval)
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If it is damaged, most shipments are covered by shipping insurance which come with some rules. First make sure and take several good pictures of the damage and packaging and email them to me at david@dwood.net In order to get a replacement you will need to bring the damaged item with packaging to your local post office for inspection (if requested). In some cases without this step the USPS claims department with deny my claim and therefor you will have to pay for the replacement if you are unwilling to take this step.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to purchase what you actually want after emailing me and letting me know. Then ship the unwanted item to PO Box 202 Clyde, NC 28721. Once received a refund for the item will be issued minus shipping as long as the item is undamaged and fully intact and pre-approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
